Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Prepared Foods Team Lead in Ohio to assist in scheduling, supervising Team Members, and managing day-to-day department flow. You will oversee compelling Prepared Foods displays and support Team Leader(s) to ensure smooth operations while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include delegating tasks, coaching staff, opening/closing the department, maintaining inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service and retail execution.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising retail teams and delegating tasks.
• Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.
• Understanding of safety policies and food handling regulations.
