Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Prep Cook to join our high-energy kitchen team. You will prep ingredients, set up the prep station, stock inventory, and help maintain sanitation standards to support the Executive Chef's high standards.

Our venues operate 11am–1am with flexible, part-time hours; you will work as part of a diverse, guest-focused team, getting exposure to fast-paced service and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances.
• Able to communicate effectively and safely.
• Able to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Set up prep station and restock inventory.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards (MSDS).
• Follow all portioning controls and par levels.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and side-work.
• Collaborate with Culinary Leadership and team.
