Puttshack in Pittsburgh is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare ingredients for high-quality meals and support the Executive Chef’s standards. You will set up prep stations, stock inventory, and maintain sanitation while delivering an elevated guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances such as knives, grills, etc.
• Ability to communicate clearly to perform and follow job requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and items according to recipes and portions.
• Set up prep station, stock inventory, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS procedures.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
