Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Prep Cook to support a high-energy, guest-focused kitchen. You will prepare ingredients to Meet Executive Chef standards, set up prep stations, stock inventory, and help maintain sanitation. This is a fast-paced role in our Miami area venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older required.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen preferred.
• Experience operating kitchen tools such as knives and grills.
• Ability to communicate clearly to perform and follow requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Bring your 'A' Game every day.
• Ensure guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guest needs.
• Follow all portioning controls and par levels.
• Prepare ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Read thermometer and food tickets accurately and efficiently.
• Account for all items leaving a station.
• Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special orders.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and MSDS procedures.
• Take direction and be a team player.
• Follow all employment policies and handbook rules.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and other projects as assigned.
