Job summary

Puttshack USA is seeking a Prep Cook to support high-volume kitchen operations, preparing ingredients, stocking, and maintaining sanitation to meet Executive Chef standards. You will help set up the prep station, ensure portion control, and maintain cleanliness throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply.
• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen.
• Experience operating kitchen tools and appliances such as knives and grills.
• Ability to communicate to perform and follow requirements safely and effectively.
• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to portions and recipes.
• Set up the prep station, stock inventory, and maintain sanitation standards.
• Follow portioning controls and par levels.
• Communicate inventory or quality issues to Culinary Leadership.
• Support opening and closing duties and other projects as assigned.
