Job summary

Teleperformance is hiring a Pre-Licensed Specialist for an on-site role in Richmond, Virginia. You will be the primary contact for clients, resolving inquiries with professional excellence using web-based tools in a high-velocity environment.

The position requires at least a High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 months of customer service experience, and the ability to type 25 WPM. We welcome applicants 18+. College degree preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
