Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead planning and execution of power infrastructure programs for global clients. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, advise on delivery strategies, and act as a trusted client advisor, ensuring governance, risk management and fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills required.
• Experience with PMIS tools and program governance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power projects meeting client objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, performance, planning, staffing.
• Advise on technical, regulatory, strategic, and financial aspects of programs.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams including controls, routing, enviro, real estate, comms.
• Assess staffing, secure resources, monitor QA/QC, ensure contract compliance.
• Run risk workshops and develop risk management plans with clients.
• Develop program management plans and tools to drive efficiency and transparency.
• Monitor scope, schedule and budget; adjust to meet targets.
• Prepare monthly program reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BD to identify growth opportunities and proposals.
• Travel on average 25% of the time.
