Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to join our rapid-growth team and lead planning and execution of power infrastructure programs for our clients. You will direct multidisciplinary teams, advise on delivery strategies, and partner with clients and HDR staff to ensure project success.

As an employee-owned firm, HDR values expertise, integrity, and collaboration. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, business administration, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or business administration; PMP/PE beneficial.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver power projects (T&D, generation, renewables).
Act as primary client contact on scope, contracts, program performance, staffing.
Advise on technical, regulatory, strategic delivery, and budgets for power programs.
Direct and manage HDR staff and subconsultants across engineering, controls, routing, environmental, and more.
