Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Program Manager to lead planning and execution of power infrastructure programs for our clients. You will head a multidisciplinary team of engineers and non-technical professionals and act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, guiding delivery strategies, processes, and tools.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality, coordinating with HDR staff and subconsultants to meet program objectives and client expectations. Travel about 25% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or closely related field.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or closely related field (preferred).
• Professional Engineers License and/or PMP Certification (preferred).
• Experience with PMIS tools like E-Builder, ProCore, Kahua, Oracle Primavera, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver T&D, power generation, renewable energy projects.
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, contracts, program performance, and planning.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, and delivery strategies; manage budget and schedule.
