Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding our construction crews and employee owners. A leader in post-frame construction for 120+ years, we operate across 100 centers nationwide with 10 manufacturing plants.

Earn $22.00–$24.00 per hour, paid weekly, plus a $2,000 signing bonus in year one. New crews receive a $500 bonus each quarter during the first year. Benefits include ESOP, life insurance, safety incentives, paid holidays/vacation/personal time, and a progressive pay plan; travel up to 25% is

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete training.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds, up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety and construction procedures and standards.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Follow plans to frame walls/roofs and install siding/trim.
• Travel up to 25% and work in a physically demanding environment.
