The role offers a strong retention program and weekly pay, plus significant year‑one bonuses and the ESOP benefit. New crew members receive a quarterly $500 bonus during the first year, and an additional $2,000 year‑one bonus is available on top of base pay of $20.00–$22.00 per

Qualifications

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings
• Perform tasks like digging, framing, installing windows/doors, siding and roofing materials
• Work with crew to maintain a safe, organized environment

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety procedures and standards

• Dig footings, frame walls and roof, install windows and doors, and install siding/roofing materials
