Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding our construction crews and employee owners, with pay of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience.

A $2,000 first-year bonus and $500 quarterly bonuses during the first year are included, plus ESOP and life insurance. Under supervision, you will follow safety procedures, read construction plans, and perform tasks from footings to roofing, with 30% travel including possible overnight trips.

Qualifikationen

• Building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Available to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• 30% travel, including possible overnight trips.

Aufgaben

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Frame walls and roofs, install windows, doors, siding and roofing materials.
• Work with crew to maintain a safe, organized, productive environment.
