Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our expanding workforce nationwide. Earn $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly, with quarterly bonuses for first year and ESOP benefits.

Responsibilities include reading and building to construction plans, safe tool operation, lifting up to 100 pounds, and travel 25% as needed. Training programs and strong safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Building construction or framing experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• Ability to operate tools safely and effectively.
• Capable of travel up to 25% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Learn, keep current with and apply safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely construct buildings.
• Perform tasks such as digging footings, framing, installing windows and doors, and applying siding/roofing.
• Work with crew in a safe, organized, productive environment.
