Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our employee-owners. Earn $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, paid weekly, with strong yearly incentive potential through a quarterly and annual bonus program.

The role covers up to 40-foot heights, heavy lifting, and travel as needed. Excellent benefits and ESOP participation accompany this field position. Under a crew foreman, you will learn and apply safety procedures, read plans, install footings, frame structures, doors, windows,

Qualifications

• Experience in building post-frame structures or framing.
• Willing to participate in training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Execute tasks like footings, framing, doors, windows, roofing and siding.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
