Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding our construction crews and employee owners. We are a nationwide leader in post-frame construction with 120+ years in business and an ESOP.

Earn $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly, plus a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year. Applicants should have basic carpentry/framing experience and be willing to participate in training.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-frame construction, carpentry or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete training programs.
• Ability to operate construction tools safely and effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working at heights.
• Must follow safety processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks like digging footings, framing walls/roofs, installing doors/windows and siding/roofing materials.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
