Job summary

Serco supports the U.S. Navy as a prime contractor delivering professional engineering and SME support. We seek a mid-level Post-Delivery Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SMEs evaluating and managing the delivery of new amphibious ships and sustaining existing fleet assets.

This role is contingent on obtaining/maintaining a DoD Secret clearance. You will coordinate post-delivery alterations, plan schedules and budgets, and work with NAVSEA, NIWC, and shipyards.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience with supervisory experience in Navy/Coast Guard ship construction or repair (as stated in the posting).
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) Alterations to Ships accomplished by Alteration Installation Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead our PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and task orders with a high level of technical expertise.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations/Ship Changes by AIT and related teams.
• Plan, schedule, and manage post-delivery alterations and related availability windows.
• Coordinate with NAVSEA, NIWC, ON-Site Installation Coordinators, and shipyard planning.
• Provide technical and programmatic support, reviews, and recommendations for HM&E and C5ISR systems.
• Lead and mentor team members and ensure qualifications and training records are complete.
