Job summary

Serco Inc. in Arlington, VA, seeks a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams delivering and sustaining U.S. Navy ships and craft.

You will oversee Alterations/Ship Changes, coordinate post-delivery activities, and work with government and industry partners to ensure mission success. Ideal candidates possess DoD Secret clearance eligibility, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ Navy/Coast Guard experience, and supervisory capabilities to guide multiple

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience, with U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard ship construction or ship repair and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead our PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and related task orders with a high level of technical expertise.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations (Alts)/Ship Changes (SCs).
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods (IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA) and coordinate CSLO and SOVT events.
• Provide HM&E and C5ISR system analysis, reviews, and recommendations to clients.
