Job summary

Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a mid-level Post-Delivery Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams evaluating and delivering amphibious and auxiliary ship projects. You will manage PD alterations, coordinate with NAVSEA and NIWC, plan budgets, and support business development. A DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship are required, bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ experience, including supervision.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret security clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years supervisory, with Navy/Coast Guard ship experience.
• Knowledge of TS9090-310(series) and related ship alteration processes.
• Working knowledge of CAD and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the post-delivery (PD) support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and task orders with high technical requirements.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard alterations and installation activities.
• Plan and manage PD periods, including IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA, and CSLO/SOVT scheduling.
• Provide cost management, budgets, and business development support.
