Job summary

Serco is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR teams evaluating and managing ship deliveries and fleet support for the U.S. Navy.

You will supervise a cross-disciplinary SME team and coordinate with government and shipyards to ensure timely, cost-effective alterations and post-delivery activities. You will plan, schedule, and manage complex PD tasks, maintain budgets, and provide critical analysis and liaison across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and task orders with high technical requirements.
• Ensure proper execution of shipboard Alterations (Alts)/Ship Changes (SCs).
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods (PD).
• Coordinate PD events including CSLO and SOVT.
• Conduct cost management and budget planning across programs.
• Provide expertise to customers to resolve issues and advise on HM&E and C5ISR systems.
