Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery Analyst to lead the HM&E and C5ISR SME teams delivering amphibious and auxiliary ships to the fleet.

You will manage post-delivery alterations, coordinate with NAVSEA and shipyards, and ensure cost-effective, timely execution while maintaining DoD security clearance requirements. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of alterations, support government PAPM, and drive process improvements across multiple programs and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Detailed knowledge of ship alteration processes and HM&E/C5ISR systems is preferred.
• Experience with planning, scheduling, and managing post-delivery ship alterations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Post-Delivery (PD) support team and coordinate with the Government PD PAPM.
• Manage projects and task orders requiring high technical expertise across multiple programs.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations (Alts) and Ship Changes (SCs) by installation teams.
• Plan, schedule, and manage PD periods (IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA) and related events (CSLO, SOVT).
• Provide cost management, budgeting, and business development input for AIT work.
• Analyze shipyard progress data and advise clients on HM&E/C5ISR systems.
