Job summary

Serco is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams evaluating and managing alterations for amphibious and auxiliary ships, while sustaining existing fleet assets. This role requires coordinating with government and industry partners to meet mission objectives at acceptable timelines and costs.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shipboard Alterations, ensure compliance with TS9090-310(series), and support business development through cost

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard experience, including supervisory exposure.
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) and related ship alteration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD PAPM.
• Manage project tasks and budgets across multiple programs and locations.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard alterations and adherence to specifications and MOAs.
