Job summary

Serco Inc. in Virginia seeks a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams evaluating and managing the delivery of new amphibious ships and sustaining existing fleet assets. You will coordinate with government, shipyards, and industry partners to ensure on-time, within-budget alterations and testing.

Candidates must obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and meet degree/experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience, with U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard experience is required.
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) and ALTERATIONS TO SHIPS ACCOMPLISHED BY ALTERATION INSTALLATION TEAMS.
• Knowledge of compartment and general arrangements, hull and structure design, and machinery arrangements.
• Working knowledge of CAD as a design tool.
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations pertaining to maritime operations, SOLAS.

Responsibilities

• Lead our PD support team and assist the Government PD PAPM.
• Manage projects and related task orders for customers with high technical requirements.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard alterations by AIT teams and adherence to TS9090-310 specs.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods (PD, IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA) and coordinate CSLO and SOVT events.
• Provide analysis of shipyard progress data and metrics to advise clients on HM&E and C5ISR systems.
