Job summary

Serco is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery Analyst in McLean, VA to lead a HM&E and C5ISR SME team evaluating and managing delivery of new ships and sustaining fleet assets. You will coordinate with government and industry partners to meet mission objectives, timelines, and cost targets.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and a Bachelor’s degree with extensive Navy/ship experience. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of post-delivery activities across

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant Navy/ship construction or repair experience.
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) and alterations to ships.
• Experience planning, scheduling, and managing shipboard alterations.
• Strong cost management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD support team and assist the Government PD PAPM.
• Manage projects and task orders for customers with high technical requirements.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard alterations by AIT teams.
• Coordinate PD events, CSLO, and SOVT across programs.
• Provide technical and programmatic support with HM&E and C5ISR systems.
• Analyze shipyard progress data and generate reviews and recommendations.
