Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a mid-level PD Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams evaluating and managing delivery of new amphibious ships and sustaining existing fleet assets.

The role requires coordinating with government and industry partners, ensuring security clearances, and aligning with the Navy's alteration processes. You will oversee budgeting, cost management, and technical reviews for HM&E and C5ISR systems, while guiding teams across multiple programs and locations to meet objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, including two years of supervisory experience, with U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard ship construction or ship repair and maintenance is required.
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) technical specification, ALTERATIONS TO SHIPS ACCOMPLISHED BY ALTERATION INSTALLATION TEAMS
• Knowledge of CAD as a design tool.
• Ability to obtain/maintain/transfer a DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead our PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage project(s) and related task orders for customers with a high level of technical expertise.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations (Alts)/Ship Changes (SCs) and adherence to MOAs and NAVSEA standards.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods (PD) including IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA and various WOO windows.
• Interface with Ship's Force, NAVSEA, NIWC, and NAVAIR On-Site Installation Coordinators to coordinate system installation and testing.
