Job summary

Serco Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a mid-level Post-Delivery (PD) Analyst to lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams responsible for evaluating and managing delivery of new ships and sustaining existing assets.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance eligibility, US citizenship, a Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard experience, plus strong program management and cost control skills.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard ship construction or ship repair experience.
• Strong knowledge of TS9090-310 Alterations to Ships accomplished by Alteration Installation Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and task orders with a high level of technical expertise.
• Ensure successful execution of shipboard Alterations/Ship Changes by AIT teams.
• Plan, schedule, and manage alterations during post-delivery periods (PD) and related availability windows.
• Coordinate PD events including CSLO and SOVT.
• Provide HM&E and C5ISR system analysis and client-facing support.
• Maintain AIT database and track status of planned system installations.
• Interface with NAVSEA, NIWC, and NAVAIR coordinators for system installation timelines.
• Travel to HQ, shipyards, and aboard ships as needed (25%).
