Job summary

Serco invites applications from qualified professionals to join the Naval Acquisition and Sustainment Team as a mid-level Post-Delivery Analyst. You will lead HM&E and C5ISR SME teams delivering ship alterations, managing schedules, budgets, and government interfaces to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery for Navy assets.

The role requires DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree plus extensive Navy/Coast Guard ship experience, and strong programmatic/technical skills in

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance required or the ability to obtain/maintain one.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant Navy/Coast Guard ship construction/repair experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of TS9090-310(series) and Alterations to Ships by Alteration Installation Teams (AIT).
• CAD proficiency and working knowledge of naval architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PD support team and assist the Government PD Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM).
• Manage projects and task orders with high technical requirements.
• Oversee Alterations/Ship Changes and ensure compliance with TS9090-310(series) standards.
• Coordinate post-delivery planning, IPDA, PDA, FOA, PSA and related windows of opportunity.
• Support customer analysis and provide recommendations on HM&E and C5ISR systems.
