Job summary

Access Management Group is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to supervise a portfolio of community associations, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships. You will coordinate with boards, homeowners, and committees, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

You will conduct inspections, handle violations, and monitor delinquencies while supporting capital expenditures and ongoing property maintenance.
