Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee staff performance and property maintenance, ensuring adherence to policies while delivering high resident satisfaction. You will manage community accounts and support the community’s values through transparent communication.

You will also act as a key liaison between HOAMCO and the assigned communities, coordinating with boards, residents, and vendors to uphold standards and meet budgetary

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a community association manager or in another management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage community associations to foster connections and opportunities that build a true sense of community.
• Advise the board on long-term planning, goals, and policy guidance.
• Serve as liaison between HOAMCO and assigned communities to ensure effective communication.
