Job summary

HOAMCO seeks a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee community assets, records, budgets and vendor contracts. You will work under the Regional Director to ensure board policies are followed and residents receive high-quality service.

You will coordinate communications between HOAMCO, boards, and residents, lead meetings, and manage daily operations to achieve community goals with integrity and professional service.

Qualifications

• CMCA certification or higher management designation preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager or similar management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Maintain records, contracts, minutes and reports for each association.
• Attend all Association meetings and prepare reports for the Board.
• Serve as liaison between HOAMCO and assigned communities and residents.
