Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee community assets, lead a team, and ensure alignment with Board policies. You will serve as the critical liaison between HOAMCO and our communities, coordinating communications and driving high levels of resident satisfaction.

The role covers daily operations, governance, and budget oversight, with a focus on transparency and professional relationship management with the Board of Directors

Qualifications

• CMCA certified or higher management designation preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager preferred, or other management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee community operations, ensuring alignment with Board policies and HOA goals.
• Act as liaison between HOAMCO and assigned communities, coordinating communications.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets; manage records and meetings.
• Maintain compliance with governing documents, CC&Rs, and insurance requirements; support budget processes and reporting.
• Communicate proactively with board members, residents, and vendors; prepare Board packets and management reports.
• Attend Association meetings and supervise service contractors and vendor contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
