Job summary

Access Management Group is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to supervise a portfolio of community associations, including property inspections, vendor and contract management, budgeting, and board interactions. The role requires Florida CAM licensing and experience with association management tools like Vantaca.

This is a full-time position with remote flexibility part of the time. You will coordinate with boards, residents, and committees, manage budgets, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

Excellent people skills and strong communication abilities.
Ability to analyze situations and make sound business decisions.
Experience in vendor management and contract oversight.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications and property management software.

Responsibilities

Supervise a portfolio of community associations per agreements and policies.
Interface with boards, homeowners, vendors and committees as needed.
Oversee budgets, invoices, calendars, and RFP processes.
Monitor delinquency and collections; prepare Board packages.
Direct CC&R inspections and enforcement; manage capital expenditures.
