Job summary

HOAMCO in Las Vegas is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to oversee the performance of personnel and the maintenance of properties, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering high resident satisfaction.

You will liaise between HOAMCO and communities, support board planning, manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, and lead communications with residents and board members.

Qualifications

• CMCA certified or higher management designation preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Community Association Manager preferred, or other management experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage community operations to meet board directives.
• Provide advisory support to the board for long-range planning.
• Coordinate communications between HOAMCO, board, residents, and vendors.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of community assets.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with CC&R and governing documents.
• Attend and document association meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professional relations.
