Job summary

Associa, a nationwide HOA/condo management leader, seeks a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee administrative, maintenance, and capital projects across multiple communities from its Gaithersburg, MD office. Travel required to assigned properties and regular collaboration with onsite staff and boards.

Responsibilities include preparing board packets, managing budgets and financial reports, responding to inquiries, coordinating vendors, and ensuring HOA codes and regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of community association management experience.
• Willingness to obtain CMCA within first year (company paid).
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Work out of the Gaithersburg, MD corporate office and travel to communities.
• Collaborate with onsite staff and Board members.
• Implement policy directives and manage capital projects.
• Inspect properties to ensure maintenance and compliance with HOA rules.
