Access Management is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager to supervise a portfolio of community associations in Florida. You will oversee property inspections, maintenance, vendor management, budgeting, and invoicing while engaging with homeowners, board members, and committees.

The role requires coordinating with the Association Board, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Ability to make sound business decisions with minimal supervision.

• Experience in budgeting, contracts, and vendor coordination.
