Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist in Rochester, NY. This role bridges business operations with transaction platforms, configuring workflows, permissions, and templates to support efficient settlements.

You will collaborate with escrow and title teams to deliver scalable system solutions, provide Tier 2 support for complex issues, and drive adoption of new functionality while upholding governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of title, escrow, and transaction operations.
• Experience administering complex platforms with governance and access controls.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the Qualia platform and related systems.
• Manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls with governance.
• Gatekeeper for platform configuration changes and RBAC.
• Maintain underwriter credentials and platform administrative settings.
• Ensure system integrity, security, and consistency across regions.
• Support platform transitions and technology adoption initiatives.
• Partner with escrow, title, and operations teams to translate needs into system solutions.
• Tier 2 escalation for complex workflow and platform issues.
• Build relationships to promote adoption and continuous improvement.
• Identify trends to improve training and knowledge resources.
• Troubleshoot challenges balancing business needs and platform capabilities.
