Anywhere Real Estate seeks a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist to bridge business operations with the platforms that support transaction execution, governance, configuration, and ongoing optimization of title, escrow, and related systems.

You will partner with escrow, title, and operational teams to translate needs into scalable system solutions, provide Tier 2 escalation support, and drive adoption while aligning with governance and security standards across regions.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business operations and the systems that support transaction execution.
• Administer, govern, configure, optimize, and support transaction-related platforms.
• Partner with operational teams to improve workflows and drive adoption.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation resource for complex workflow and platform issues.
• Balance business needs with governance and security across regions.
• Configure and maintain workflows, triggers, templates, and system settings.
• Own platform reporting capabilities and partner to define metrics.
