Anywhere Integrated Services seeks a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist to bridge business operations with transaction platforms. You will administer Qualia and related systems, manage roles and access, and partner with title and escrow teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.

You will also troubleshoot complex workflow issues, configure automation, and maintain reporting that guides operational improvements across regions.

• Strong collaboration with operational teams to drive adoption.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary administrator for the Qualia platform and related systems.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access controls with governance and compliance.
• Partner with escrow, title, and operations to translate needs into solutions.
• Act as Tier 2 escalation resource for complex workflow and platform issues.
• Configure workflows, triggers, templates, and system settings.
• Own reporting capabilities and define metrics with leadership.
