Anywhere Real Estate seeks aTransaction Systems & Operations Specialist to bridge business operations with transaction platforms. You will administer the Qualia platform, manage access controls, and govern platform configurations while ensuring security and compliance across regions.

You will partner with escrow and title teams to translate needs into scalable system solutions and support deployment of new functionality.

Qualifications

• Serve as primary administrator and SME for the Qualia platform and related systems.
• Partner with escrow, title, and operational teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, validation, and rollout of new functionality and future-state technologies.
• Maintain documentation and standards related to system configuration, workflows, and operational processes.
• Own and maintain platform’s native reporting capabilities and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for the Qualia platform and related operational systems.
• Manage user roles, permissions, security groups, and access controls with governance and compliance.
• Gatekeeper for platform configuration changes, access exceptions, and role-based permissions.
• Maintain underwriter credentials, logins, and platform-level settings.
• Ensure system integrity and security across regions and business units.
• Support platform transitions and adoption initiatives as systems evolve.
• Partner with escrow, title, and operational teams to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation resource for complex workflow and platform issues.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement through strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identify training gaps and improve materials and knowledge resources.
• Troubleshoot challenges balancing business needs and platform capabilities.
• Recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and operations.
• Configure and maintain workflows, automation triggers, document packages, templates, and system settings.
• Evaluate how configurations impact downstream processes and compliance.
• Implement workflow enhancements as business needs evolve.
• Support testing, deployment, and rollout of new functionality.
• Maintain documentation and standards for configuration and workflows.
• Own reporting capabilities, dashboards, and reporting packages.
