Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist to bridge business operations and the technology that supports transaction execution. You will administer the Qualia platform, govern access, and optimize workflows across regions while partnering with title, escrow, and operations teams to drive adoption and efficiencies.

• Experience with platform administration and governance is preferred.
• Ability to optimize transaction workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Administer Qualia and related systems, manage roles and access controls.
• Partner with escrow/title/operations to translate needs into scalable system solutions.
• Configure workflows, automation triggers, and templates across platforms.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex platform and workflow issues.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track operational performance.
