Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking a Transaction Systems & Operations Specialist who will bridge business operations with transaction platforms. You will administer the Qualia platform, manage user access, governance, and drive workflow improvements to support title, escrow, and transaction operations across the organization. The role emphasizes partnering with operational teams, ensuring security, and delivering system-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform administration or operations technology
• Experience with title, escrow, and transaction workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions

Responsibilities

• Administer Qualia platform and related systems across regions
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls with governance
• Support testing, deployment, and rollout of new functionality
• Partner with escrow/title teams to optimize workflows and adoption
• Own platform reporting, dashboards, and metrics
• Provide Tier 2 escalation support for complex issues
