Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist with donor screening procedures and health history review.
• Perform basic health screening tasks (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger stick hematocrit/protein tests.
• Educate donors about the donation process and product information as trained.
• Register and transfer donors as needed after training.
• Answer inquiries by phone and direct callers to the appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor flow and notify staff of issues as they arise.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic system per SOPs.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and center safety practices.
• Be cross-trained to support center needs and may require bilingual skills.
