CSL Norman plasma center is seeking a Donor Center Support role to greet donors and guide them through the screening process. You will verify eligibility, collect health information, perform basic health screenings, and ensure correct data entry in our donor information system.

Based on training, you may educate new donors about the donation process, appointment system, and center policies. You will collaborate with staff to maintain a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Verifies donor eligibility by reviewing self-reported health history.
• Explains screening steps and answers donor questions clearly.
• Records donor data accurately in the information system.
• Maintains confidentiality of donor information.

Responsabilités

• Assist donors through screening, including health history and basic questions.
• Perform health screening procedures like blood pressure, pulse, weight, temp.
• Conduct finger-stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein.
• Register donors and transfer when needed; answer phone inquiries.
• Monitor donor for adverse reactions and alert staff as required.
