CSL Plasma in Utah is seeking staff to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through screening and donor education processes. The role includes registration, vital signs checks, finger-stick sample collection, and documentation in the donor information system.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration to verify donor suitability for pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in screening per SOPs, assess health history, answer basic medical questions, refer to medical staff when appropriate, and perform health screening (vital signs, weight, temperature, finger-stick hematocrit and total protein).
• Educate new donors on therapeutic products from donated plasma and explain screening, health tests, appointment system, fees, policies, nutrition, and related information.
• Register and transfer donors after training and as needed by center operations.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donors for reactions during/after pheresis and alert staff as needed.
• Notify Group Leader or Supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Record donor data in the electronic donor information management system per SOPs.
• Follow center policies for hyper immune programs when applicable.
• Maintain a clean work environment and ensure supplies and forms are available; comply with HSE and OSHA policies; promote safety.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor and center information.
• Cross-training in other areas may be required.
• Bilingual skills may be required per organization needs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
