CSL Plasma in Warr Acres, OK is seeking a Donor Screen Associate to greet donors, verify eligibility, and guide them through the registration process. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and work in a fast-paced plasma collection center.

The role involves conducting health screenings, including blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger-stick hematocrit testing, assisting with the screening process, and answering donor questions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Basic math calculations may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration.
• Assist qualified donors in screening: health history, medical questions, refer to medical staff as needed, perform health screening (BP, pulse, weight, temperature).
• Perform finger-stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on the screening process, center policies, nutrition, and program options after training.
• Register applicants and transfer donors as needed per training and center needs.
• Answer telephone calls or route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain donor data in the electronic information system per SOPs and ensure confidentiality.
• Adhere to HSE and OSHA policies, keep a clean workspace, and be prepared for overtime if required.
