CSL plasma center in the United States is seeking personnel to greet donors and guide them through the screening and registration process for plasma pheresis. The role includes assisting with health history questions, basic health screenings, and documenting donor data accurately.

The position involves explaining procedures to donors, performing finger sticks for hematocrit and protein tests, and potentially educating donors on products derived from plasma while ensuring safety and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in medical or health provider environment.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions.

Responsabilités

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and conduct registration procedures to verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in screening process per SOPs, including health history, medical questions, and basic health screenings.
• Perform finger stick to obtain hematocrit and total protein levels.
• Educate donors on the screening process, testing performed, appointment system, policies, nutrition and related information.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
