Job summary

CSL is seeking a Front Desk / Donor Services Associate to greet donors at the plasma collection center and guide them through registration and screening processes. You will perform basic health checks and data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs.

After training, you may educate donors about the donation process and policies, assist with donor questioning, and help maintain center operations. The role requires clear communication and attention to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months experience in clerical or customer service, preferably in medical or health provider setting.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through registration to assess donor suitability.
• Assist with screening procedures and health checks per SOPs, including basic medical questions and vitals.
• Educate donors about the donation process and related policies after training.
• Register and transfer donors as needed based on training and center needs.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor donor well-being during/after pheresis and report issues.
• Maintain accurate donor data in the electronic system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
