Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations

Responsabilités

• Greet donors and verify donor suitability for plasma pheresis.
• Assist qualified donors in completing screening procedures per SOPs.
• Perform health screening measurements (blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature) and finger-stick hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies after training.
• Handle donor registration and data entry in the donor information system.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of donor, personnel and center information.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked work area and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
