Job summary

B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a Center Manager to oversee operations, donor eligibility, product integrity, and regulatory compliance under the guidance of the Operations Manager and Senior Director of Operations.

You will ensure adherence to FDA/state regulations, SOPs, and cGMP, while managing donor flow, staff scheduling, training, and quality assurance activities across the center. Travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• LPN nursing license in good standing.
• CPR and BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all center operations, documentation, and training comply with SOPs, state/federal guidelines, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP, and other internal procedures.
• Review and update logs, forms, training records, proficiency testing, and equipment validations/qualifications for compliance.
• Manage donor flow and on-site personnel, including scheduling and addressing day-to-day issues.
• Recruit, onboard, train new hires and conduct performance assessments per SOP.
• Report errors/incidents to QA and assist with QA audits.
• Address donor complaints and operational matters per SOP or policies.
• Oversee receipt of positive test results and quarantining/destruction of questionable units.
• Assist with preparation for and completion of product shipments.
• Respond to security and freezer alarms; travel to other facilities for training as needed.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning, office and medical supplies; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Travel to other facilities for training or staffing needs.
