• High School Diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Current LPN nursing license in good standing.
• CPR and BLS certifications current.
• Strong communication and ethical practice.
• Cultural awareness and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations and ensure SOP compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage donor flow and on-site personnel, including scheduling and issues.
• Recruit, onboard and train new hires; perform performance assessments.
• Report QA errors and assist in audits to maintain product safety.
• Maintain inventory and purchase of cleaning, office and medical supplies.
• Travel to other facilities for training or coverage as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
