Job summary

B Positive Plasma LLC is seeking a Plasma Center Specialist in Wilmington, DE. You will work under the Center Manager and Medical Director to ensure donor suitability, product integrity, and compliance with FDA and SOP guidelines.

Responsibilities include donor greet, health history, vitals, equipment setup and maintenance, documentation, and donor support. Exposure to walk-in freezers and phlebotomy tasks is required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; phlebotomy cert preferred.
• Ability to operate donor processing equipment and maintain SOPs.
• Experience in a health-related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register donors.
• Administer health history questionnaires.
• Assess donor weight and vitals.
• Set up and operate donor qualification and processing equipment.
• Document activities and ensure product integrity
